Very sorry to hear of fella's passing.me,gary,david(ned),and calvin, ronnie,bobby, fella were all friends back in the day and fella was always there for all of us,no matter what.fella will truly be missed by everyone he touched.

Phil, I'm still in shock a week later. I fondly look back at the first time I met you in Scott's office in 2011 and decided you were absolutely someone I wanted to do business with. Since that day, you not only became a great business partner but more importantly a great friend. How many conversations did we have about life, family, friends, music etc....I will miss your stories. I will miss having a beer with you. Not only was Fella my 1st cousin but my best friend. We grew up together in Ruffin, NC. I cherrish the times we got to see each other when i was playing concerts, he got to make the shows sometimes.
