I pray that the Lord comfort the Powell family in their time of sorrow...My late husband (Richard Ford, Sr.) and I have known Harry and Ethel for a long time. We all came from Southampton County. My brother (the late William "Bubba" Boykins) and I use to work with Ethel at the "Green Scene" in the bank building in downtown Norfolk. She was a good woman. A dedicated woman. And she will truly be missed.
