To my Son
"You taught me how to fight as I watched you fight your way through, when sickness hit your body...you came through every time. Now your work is done, fly high with the angels. I hope you're dancing in the sky. I love you,"

                                                                                 Mom

To my brother
"You were told at a very young age that you were not going to live pass the age of 9, but you fought against all odds for 31 years. Although you were 3 years older than me, I played big sis and held your hand through it all. I held your hand at night through your seizures, your nose bleeds, when you took your first step, when you lost your sight, at graduation, etc. I have seen you at your worst moments and at your best. The world viewed you as this abnormal being, but to me everything about you and our relationship was normal. When people saw you, they saw me. I was willing to fight any and everyone for you. I hear people talk about the pain of losing a sibling, but they never mentioned how bad the pain was. We were born fighters and that was something I always admired about you. I hope you and Grace become best friends up there. I also hope you and Calvin get to crack jokes up there as well. I know you are smiling and laughing up there at me because your little sis is always running and crying for her brother. Please visit me every night in my dreams. I love you big, little bro."

                                                                             Your sister Yana
