Deborah Laverne Eley

Deborah L. Eley was born February 13, 1955 to Cecelia and Alfred Flora. She departed this life on Sunday, September 27, 2020 at Sentara Norfolk General Hospital.

Deborah lived and loved life. She was very talented with her hands and was a great seamstress. Deborah upholstered furniture and she also made most of her own clothes. It was her gift. She will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.

She is preceded in death by her mother, Cecelia Flora. She is survived by her father, Alfred Flora; two daughters Marceletta and Regitta; siblings; Alfred Jr., Mechelle and Andre; granddaughters Essence and Angel; grandson Kevin; and one great granddaughter Maxine, along with a host of aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
