Belinda Gaye Walker

Belinda Gaye Walker slipped away quietly on Thursday, September 5, 2019. She was born in Chesapeake, Virginia and raised in Norfolk, VA. Belinda was the seventh of nine children of the late Barbara Jean walker and John Thomas Walker. She was preceded in death by her siblings Richard Locker, Melvin Jeremiah Locker III, Elizabeth Ann Prostell and Betty Jean Guerin.

Belinda was the go-to person. If you needed something done, needed help or just needed a kind word, she was the person. She never forgot a birthday and the card you received was never empty. She was fondly known as the favorite aunt. She worked as a housekeeper for over 25 years in Hampton Roads. Whenever you would visist her, you would find her enjoying westerns or watching Law and Order. She also enjoyed sewing for her family.

She leaves to cherish her memories her two beautiful daughters Katina Butler O'Hara and Shervon Walker, both of Chesapeake; sisters Flora Locker of Texas' Connie Willis of Virginia' Lucinda Jones of Maryland' Diane Waller of Virginia and her only grandson Jayden O'Hara and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Our mother, sister, aunt, friend, buddy will be missed very dearly.
