Arleda Dawson

Arleda Dawson  departed this life early on August 16, 2021 after a short hospital stay. She was 65 years of age and born on July 15, 1956.

Arleda was a vibrant, happy person, full of life who loved the Lord Jesus Christ. She also loved her children, her grandchildren and she truly loved being around her family and friends. For many years she was a bus driver for HRT and retired after driving for 20 years. Arleda will be missed by all who knew her.

She leaves to cherish her memories 2 children Joseph Dawson and Jasmine Dawson; 2 grandchildren Jaylen Williams and Messiah Ferebee; 3 sisters Della Elliott (Wallace), Tallulah Dawson & Terry Upshur; 5 brothers Joe Ebron, Nathaniel Dawson (Laverne), Romeo Dawson (Pamela), Alvin Dawson (Elizabeth) and Christopher Dawson (Gloria). She also leaves a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends

For everyone's safety, per the family's request the funeral services for Ms. Arleda Dawson will be private and space is limited. It will be live streamed on Tuesday @ 11am from our facebook page Fitchett Funeral Home and Cremation Services

There will be a Public Viewing. On Monday August 23rd, you will have an opportunity to walk thru our chapel and view her from 3-5pm.

On the day of her funeral, the family will be having a private service. Please check with the family as to your attendance to her funeral. Space is limited.

Masks will be required.
