On May 4, 1959 Andrew was born to his parents Diane Glover Stroble and Thomas Clarke.
Andrew spent his youth in the care and rearing of his grandparents Maggie and James Mullen, in Chesapeake Virginia, where he attended Crestwood Junior High School. He later moved to Norfolk, Virginia and graduated from Maury High School.
As a young adult, Andrew served in the U.S. Army from 1980 to 1984. He was medically discharged.
He worked in the trucking industry, as a delivery driver for Home Furniture (Norfolk, Virginia) for many years. He was also a poultry driver for a local food distribution company.
Andrew loved his mother and his grandmother dearly. He was a thoughtful son and grandson! He never came to visit with empty hands. He was always mindful to bring something! Sometimes too much!
Although Andrew was ill and had medical challenges, he was a Christian and served the Lord with his acts of kindness toward his family and friends. Due to medical complications, he departed this life on March 29th, 2021. He was 62 years of age.
He was proceeded in death by his beloved grandparents James and Magnolia Mullen, his father Thomas Clarke and son Michael Glover.
He is survived by his mother Diane Stroble, wife Janet Glover, sons Kevin Glover and Mario Glover, 7 Grandchildren and 4 Great Grandchildren.
