On May 4, 1959 Andrew was born to his parents Diane Glover Stroble and Thomas Clarke.

Andrew spent his youth in the care and rearing of his grandparents Maggie and James Mullen, in Chesapeake Virginia, where he attended Crestwood Junior High School.  He later moved to Norfolk, Virginia and graduated from Maury  High School.

He was proceeded in death by his beloved grandparents James and  Magnolia Mullen, his father Thomas Clarke and son Michael Glover.
