Mary Sue Vick

Mary Sue Vick age 87, a native resident of Norfolk, VA and wife of William Lee Vick Sr., entered into eternal rest on April 30, 2019. A loving daughter, wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother, Mrs. Vick was predeceased by her mother, Mrs. Annie Sue Barnes, her father Alexander Barnes Sr., her loving sisters Clara and Gladys Barnes and her brother Alexander Barnes Jr. Mrs. Vick was also predeceased by 6 of her children which includes Mary Gay, William Lee Vick Jr., Joseph Vick, Betty McCants, Larry Vick and Samuel Vick.

As a faithful woman of God, Mrs. Vick loved gospel music and spending time with her friends and loved ones.

She leaves to cherish her memory her sister Ida Mae Hatten, her son James Vick (Mary), along with 2 daughters, Pearlie Fisher and Joyce Williams and a host of other relatives and friends.

Her visitation will take place on Thursday May 2nd from 2pm until 6pm at Fitchett Funeral Home.

Her life celebration will be held on Friday, 12 noon at Fitchett Funeral Home with interment to follow at Roosevelt Memorial Cemetary
