Allan LaVar Davis

Allan LaVar Davis was born in Portsmouth, Virginia on July 9,1977, to Adolphus A. Davis I and Alice B. Davis who preceded him. He graduated with honors from Lake Taylor High School and attended Old Dominion University.

He was an avid sports enthusiast, an astute video gamer, and lover of all genres of music.

Allan is survived by his siblings Pastor Adolphus A. Davis II (Kimberly), Twyla B. Brodie, Arthur G. Davis, LaTrecia M. Thomas (Palmerin “Bear’), and brother-in law Eric D. Stevens husband to the late Talitha G. Stevens. Special Acknowledgement to Caregivers Joseph Spence and Lisa Russell, and a hosts of nieces and nephews.

A viewing for Allan will be held at Fitchett Funeral Home on Wednesday, 4pm - 6pm.

A celebration of Allan's life will take place on Thursday, 11am at Mt Zion AME Church, 2268 Princess Anne Rd. VA Beach.  Friends are asked to meet the family at the church on Thursday morning, 10:30 am.
