Christine Marie Ellis

Christine Marie “Chris” Ellis, 55, passed away unexpectedly on November 1, 2022. Chris leaves behind her loving boyfriend Tommy Nyman, her brother John & his wife Karren Ellis and niece, Kaitlyn Sorey and nephew  Max Ellis as well as her dogs Honey and Jake. She was preceded in death by her Mother Patricia Anne Ellis and Grandmother, Lucille Jefford.

A graduate of Green Run High School in 1985, Chris hit the ground running, landing a position at Gary Byler’s Law Office. Chris was a phenomenally fast reader which enabled her to ascend quickly in her profession. She got her love of reading from her mother and grandmother, she was always reading a book, or a few.

She loved spending time with Tommy and their dogs Honey and Jake. They would kayak, hike or just hang out on the beach. She loved Philadelphia sports, especially the Eagles. On game days Chris could be found proudly wearing a jersey ready to yell at the television.  She was always open to trying new food and places. We will miss her passion for life and infectious smile.

A celebration of Christiines life is being planned and details will follow.
