Sara Benita Taylor

Sara Benita Reese Taylor, born February 14th 1968 was born and raised in Chicago Illinois. May 21st 1988 she married William O. Taylor II and relocated to Norfolk Virginia in 1989. At age 49 September 23rd 2017 she was called upon by God. She was very strong in religious beliefs and was a choir member at Bethany Baptist Church. Sara opened the doors of her home to anyone putting others first, adults and children before herself. She graduated from ECPI with a degree in paralegal and worked many years as a paralegal assistant for Kalfus and Nachman. She served as an assistant football coach with close friend Sheldon Hale and was cheerleader coach. She will be missed by her family and friends as she made a major positive impact in many people lives.

She is survived by her grandfather JD Echols, her two sons Arrington Taylor(oldest), Aerik Jones(youngest), and grandchild Isaiah, William O. Taylor II and a host of Echols, Taylor and Jones family.

Her family and friends will gather for a memorial service for Sara on Monday, October 2 from 11:00 am - 12:00 noon at Bethany Baptist Church on Campostella Rd. She will be missed. Her burial will be private.
