Johnnie Clifton Obituary

Johnnie Clifton, age 49, passed away on Thursday, March 1, 2018 at his home in Norfolk, VA. He was born on September 29, 1968 in Norfolk to Pernon and Evelyn Clifton.

Throughout his life, he took great pride in being a Lumbee Indian and was delighted by his many experiences as a fisherman. Johnnie is survived by a very large and loving family and he will be greatly missed by all who loved him..

To honor his life and legacy, memorial services for Johnnie will be held at Fitchett Funeral Home, 1821 Liberty Street in Chesapeake, VA. Time and date to be announced. After his memorial services, his remains will be spread across the Chesapeake Bay as he wished.
